Common Questions About Online Orders
Has my order shipped?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an automatic email with tracking information. You can also:
- Log into your account to view order status
- Check the status on our website under "My Account > Order History"

How do I track my order?
You can track your order in several ways:
- Click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
- Log into your account and view your order details
- Contact our customer service team with your order number
Most orders ship with UPS or FedEx, and tracking typically updates within 24 hours of shipment.
How do I cancel or make changes to my order?
To cancel or modify an order:
- Contact us immediately at (661) 310-2661
- Email support@ssd-motorsports.com with your order number and requested changes
We process orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order ships, it cannot be modified, but return options are available.
An item is missing from my shipment
If your package arrives incomplete:
- Check your packing slip to confirm what should be included
- Verify if any items are on backorder (noted on packing slip)
- Contact us at (661) 310-2661 or support@ssd-motorsports.com with your order number
We'll research the situation and resolve it promptly, either by shipping the missing item or providing a refund.
My order never arrived
If tracking shows delivery but you haven't received your package:
- Check with neighbors or other household members
- Look for alternative delivery locations (garage, back door, etc.)
- Contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number
- If you still can't locate it, contact us with your order details
We'll work with the carrier to file a claim and either replace your items or issue a refund.
When will my backordered item arrive?
For backordered items:
- Estimated arrival dates are provided when available
- You'll receive email updates as we get more information
- You can contact us anytime for the latest status
- You may cancel backordered items for a full refund if needed
We work directly with manufacturers to get the most accurate inventory forecasts possible.
How do I return a product?
To return a product:
- Contact us at support@ssd-motorsports.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Include your order number and reason for return
- Once approved, you'll receive return instructions
- Package items in original packaging if possible
- Include the RMA number on the outside of the package
Please note our return policy requires items to be in new, unused condition and returned within 30 days of purchase.
I received the wrong product
If you received an incorrect item:
- Take a photo of the item received
- Contact us immediately with your order number
- Do not install or use the incorrect product
- We'll arrange for return shipping at our expense
- We'll expedite the correct item to you as quickly as possible
Will I receive shipping confirmation?
Yes, you'll receive:
- An order confirmation email immediately after placing your order
- A shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships
- Additional notifications if there are any delays or issues with your order

How long will it take to get my refund?
After we receive and process your return:
- Credit card refunds typically appear within 3-5 business days
- PayPal refunds usually process within 24-48 hours
- Store credit is applied immediately to your account
- Bank transfers may take 5-7 business days
