How much is shipping?

- Free shipping on orders over $99 within the contiguous United States (excludes oversize items)

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to many international destinations including:
- Canada (additional duties and taxes may apply)
- Mexico

- Australia and New Zealand
- Many Asian countries
International customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These are not included in our shipping rates and will be collected by the delivery carrier or customs office.
What about shipping to Alaska and Hawaii?
We gladly ship to Alaska and Hawaii with the following considerations:
- Standard free shipping promotions do not apply
- Shipping is calculated based on actual carrier rates
- Transit times are typically 5-10 business days
- Oversize items may incur additional charges

What shipping carriers do you use?

How are shipping times calculated?
Our estimated shipping times:
- Processing: 1-2 business days (in-stock items)
- Transit: Varies by selected shipping method and destination
Shipping time frames:
- Standard Ground: 2-7 business days (within contiguous US)
- Expedited: 2-3 business days
- Express: 1-2 business days
- International: 7-21 business days (varies by country)
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes, we offer several expedited shipping options:
- 2-Day Air
- Next Day Air
- Priority Overnight
Expedited options are available at checkout for most items. Please note that order processing time (1-2 business days) is in addition to the transit time.
How do you ship large or oversized items?
For large items such as bumpers, suspension kits, and wheel/tire packages:
- Most ship via freight carriers
- Additional shipping charges may apply
- Residential delivery may require additional fees
- A phone number is required for freight delivery scheduling
- Liftgate service is available for an additional fee
What if my package is damaged during shipping?
If your package arrives damaged:
- Note any damage when signing for the package
- Take photos of the damaged packaging and contents
- Contact us within 48 hours at support@ssd-motorsports.com
- Include your order number and damage photos
- Do not discard the original packaging
We'll file a claim with the carrier and arrange for replacement or refund.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Address changes may be possible if:
- The order has not yet been processed for shipping
- The new address can be verified

We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! Local pickup is available at our Bakersfield location:

To arrange local pickup:
- Select "Local Pickup" during checkout
- Wait for our email confirming your order is ready for pickup
- Bring your ID and order confirmation when picking up
Local pickup hours match our regular business hours:
Monday-Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM (Call ahead)
